My Approach

I use a strengths based approach  to help clients explore challenges, get to the root of problems, and identify healthy and sustainable paths forward. Our goal is to alleviate distress, achieve clarity, and ultimately, feel better. I aim to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental – where you get to lead the way. My style is warm, collaborative, and caring, with a dash of humor. I have a strong commitment to social justice and cultural sensitivity.

I have found that the benefits of therapy can be profound. The quality of relationships can improve. It can bring meaning and fulfillment to work. Confidence and self worth can abound.

If you’re ready, I welcome the opportunity to help you discover what therapy can do for you.
